Terms & Conditions:

• All bookings to be made online as soon as possible as seats are limited till 23rd September 2024. A 50% cancellation fee will apply after Friday 13th September 2024 and a full 100% cancellation fee will be charged after Friday 20th September 2024.
• In the event the Conference are cancelled due to any Act of God or gazetted Regulations, a 100% refund will take place.
• The above costs are valid as long as bookings and payments are received before Friday 20th September 2024. Late bookings after 20th of September will incur a 10% additional fee.
• No bookings will be accepted after 29th September 2024 as accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
• We will bill you based on what you submit in the form below, the form below is binding.
