Please join us and exhibit at the annual CAMPROSA Conference, it is expected that the venue will be available for setting up from 1700 hours on the Sunday afternoon 6th October 2024.
Conference Dates: 6 to 9 October 2024
Location: The President Hotel - Bloemfontein
The exhibitor charges are as follows:
- Non-Sponsors - R12 000 (Includes all activities for 2 persons) Accommodation shall be applied for and billed separately
- Sponsors - No charge (if amount exceeds R45K) First choose your sponsorship.
- Non-members - R14 000 (Includes all activities for 2 persons) Accommodation shall be applied for and billed separately
Each exhibit point will have a table measuring 176 x 76 x 45 cm, 2 chairs and access to a power point not necessarily nearby so please bring extension lead and multi plugs. The facility has its own Generator.
PLEASE NOTE: Major Sponsors will be housed in the Conference venue. Others will be in the Pre-Function area where the teas will be served. This must however still be confirmed.
