Jackets and T-shirts must be selected before Friday, 11 September 2026 to ensure size will be available

Bookings must be completed online as soon as possible as seats are limited till 25^th September 2026.

Cancellation Policy & Terms:

> A 50% cancellation fee will apply after Thursday, 17^th September 2026.

> Cancellations after Friday, 25^th September 2026 will incur a full 100% cancellation fee.

> If the Conference is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Acts of God or gazetted government regulations), a full 100% refund will be issued.

> The listed rates are valid only for bookings and payments received before Friday, 25^th September 2026. A 10% surcharge applies to late bookings received after this date.

> No bookings will be accepted after Wednesday, 30^th September 2026 as accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

> Invoicing is based on the information submitted via the online form below, which will be considered final and binding.
