Terms & Conditions:
Bookings must be completed online as soon as possible. Seats are limited and availability closes on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.
Cancellation Policy & Terms:
> A 50% cancellation fee will apply after Monday, 15 September 2025.
> Cancellations after Tuesday, 23 September 2025 will incur a full 100% cancellation fee.
> If the Conference is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Acts of God or government regulations), a full refund will be issued.
> The listed rates are valid only for bookings and payments received before Tuesday, 23 September 2025. A 10% surcharge applies to late bookings received after this date.
> Early Bird Discount: Members paying by Sunday, 31 August 2025 will receive a 10% discount.
> Bookings will close on Monday, 29 September 2025. Please note that accommodation cannot be guaranteed after this date.
> Billing is based on the information submitted via the online form below, which will be considered final and binding.
