Please join us and exhibit at the annual CAMPROSA Conference, it is expected that the venue will be available for setting up from 17h00 on the Sunday, 5th October 2025.
The exhibitor charges are as follows:
> Non-Sponsors – R16 000 (Includes all activities for 2 people – Accommodation must be booked and paid for separately)
> Sponsors – No charge (If amount exceeds R50K) – First select your sponsorship option on the sponsorship form.
> Non-Members – R18 000 (Includes all activities for 2 people – Accommodation must be booked and paid for separately)
Each exhibit point will have a table measuring 176 x 76 x 45 cm, 2 chairs and access to a power point not necessarily nearby so please bring extension lead and multi plugs. The facility has its own Generator.
PLEASE NOTE: Major Sponsors will be housed in the Conference venue. Others will be in Studio 3 and 4 area and the foyer where the teas will be served. This must however still be confirmed.
